These meditations are designed to help you cultivate resilience, tapping into the present, and activating deeper awareness. You are invited to self-care by dedicating this time to recalibrate and get grounded.


Find a quiet space where you won’t be disturbed, and sit or lie down a comfortable position. Most important is to be fully present, put all concerns and obligations on hold, and let yourself be carried along by your own inner experience.
