About
When we seek to become more aware of ourselves, and be more intentional about how we interact with the world, we are often called to shed old ways of being and thinking. I see this process of shedding, and of reclaiming our personal power, as essentially spiritual. Spirituality to me is not about belief, but rather diving into our own experience with more depth and clarity.
I am not an “expert” on who you are, and I will not tell you who to be or what to do. I meet my clients as equals, and offer insight, reflection, and deep inquiry as a means to get you thinking and feeling more deeply about what it is that you want in life. I respect your inner knowing, and will always redirect our conversations back to you and your own thoughts, feelings, intuition, experience, and wisdom.
My background includes meditation and mindfulness, eastern spirituality, theater and performance, and work in technology. I’m based in the San Francisco Bay Area, and work with clients from all over the world.

What to Expect
Coaching with me can look a number of different ways, but I will always seek to create a safe an compassionate container so you feel comfortable bringing your whole self to our sessions. I listen deeply and ask lots of questions. From time to time I may offer my intuitions, but I will always check in with you to see what feels true. I offer a free introductory session to see if we are a match, and you can always reach out to me if you have any questions.
My Training
I am certified as a Co-Active Professional Coach, which is widely recognized as one of the most rigorous professional coach training and certification program in the industry. As the largest and most established professional coach training organization in the world, CTI has trained over 65,000 coaches, including employees in more than a third of the Fortune 100 companies.
I have also spent several years living and working as a teacher and student of yoga in the mountains of Tennessee, and I bring that perspective and experience into my coaching where it is appropriate.
