All experience levels are welcome. Join us for our weekly 20 minute meditation every Friday from 5-5:30pm PST. These meditations are designed to help you create a feeling of spaciousness and peace, bring attention to the present, and activate deeper awareness. You are invited to self-care by dedicating this time to make space for new energy.
Preparation
Find a quiet space where you won’t be disturbed, and sit or lie down a comfortable position. Most important is to be fully present, put all concerns and obligations on hold, and let yourself be carried along by your own inner experience.
About Ronen
I have been meditating daily for 15 years, and spent several years at an ashram studying yoga and meditation full time. I help people cultivate personalized meditation and spiritual practices that fit their unique lives, and I offer coaching services for those who are ready to step into the next phase of their growth.
